Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you serve for floor plans?
We typically serve properties within about 25 miles of Newton, MA and much of Greater Boston. If you are not sure your listing is in range, contact us and we can confirm.
How long does the appointment take?
For most single family homes and condos, measuring takes about 45–90 minutes, depending on size and complexity.
When will I get my finished floor plan?
In many cases you will receive your files within 1–2 business days after the measurement appointment. For larger or more complex properties, we will give you a clear ETA before we begin.
Is the 10% discount only for one listing?
The JODI code applies per qualifying order booked before April 30, 2026. If you have multiple listings coming up, reach out and we can talk about a simple bundle plan.
Can you also do the appraisal for my listing or seller?
Yes. Aladdin Appraisal provides full residential appraisal services for pre-listing, divorce, estate, tax appeal, and more. Ask us if a formal appraisal would help with your specific situation.
